I have to tell you up front, I’m not sure if there are enough adjectives to describe the goodness that is this s’mores dessert! If you are making plans for a girls night in (and really, all Strong Girl Collective women should have regular girl’s nights in!), date night, family night, or have just had a rough week…this dessert is for you! And here’s one thing I’ve learned in my experience with s’mores…they are almost always better when peanut butter is added! So these skillet s’mores don’t just feature chocolate, but also peanut butter!!!

The great thing about this s’mores recipe, is that it is super easy! We’re talking less than fifteen minutes to prep and cook! If for some reason, your grocery store doesn’t carry peanut better chips: 1. Find a new store because you don’t need that kind of negativity in your life, and 2. You can get them here.
First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Then spread 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips and 1 1/2 cups peanut butter chips at the bottom of a 12 inch cast iron skillet. If you’re using a bigger or smaller skillet, just put in equal amounts of both chocolate and peanut butter chips to evenly cover the bottom of the skillet.
Next, cut marshmallows in half (you can use a knife, but multi-purpose kitchen shears make it so much faster) and place cut-side down on the chocolate and peanut butter chips until they are all covered.
That’s all the prep! Now you’re ready to pop the skillet in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the tops of the marshmallows are browned to your liking.
Now it’s time to eat!
My favorite way to eat this s’mores dip is with graham crackers…because that’s how a s’more should be…graham crackers + chocolate + marshmallows!
