Resolution: Lose Weight

Resolution: Wakeup Earlier

Resolution: Be a Better Parent

So, Scream Free Parenting is on my to-read list for 2017. I have read “How to Talk…” and I think about the techniques discussed in it all the time. It is a great read for parents, no matter the age of your kids.
Resolution: Stress Less

Try: Whole 30 Cookbook & Spiralizer Vegetable Slicer: I have never done the Whole30 myself, since I don’t eat meat and it is way too restrictive for that reason, but this book was still a game-changer for me. It really explains what is in our food and why it affects our bodies differently than it did years ago. Also, if you are trying to cut out grains, this spiralizer has amazing reviews. I have been making so many great dishes using zoodles so I think I may be buying this soon.
Resolution: Save Money/Get out of Debt
Try: Dave Ramsay’s Total Money Makeover and Money Tracker: If you want to conquer your love/hate relationship with money, there is no better place to start than with Dave Ramsay. He will motivate you to sell all your things to pay down your debt, so be careful! 😉 This expense and budget planner will help you keep your resolution in check.

Try: Kindle Paperwhite: If you have always loved to read, but have trouble making time for it, then you need a Kindle. It is so small, you can toss it into your purse and read anytime you have a free moment! (waiting rooms, car line, etc) You can hold HUNDREDS of books on there and even rent them free from the library. Treat yourself. Seriously.
Resolution: Start Working Out
