Cupcake French Toast
6 slices bread of your choice
1 box of classic yellow cake mix
First, mix cake mix according to package directions, but add an extra 1/2 c – 1 c of water (amount varies depending on brand) to ensure your consistency isn’t too thick.
Then, dip bread in cake batter mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly.
Cook bread slices on lightly greased nonstick griddle on medium heat until lightly browned on both sides.
Syrup Frosting Drizzle
2/3 cup butter
1 1/3 cup powdered sugar
2 T maple flavoring
2 T half and half
First, mix together all ingredients and then drizzle over your cupcake french toast.
Enjoy! And trust me on this, life is always better when you’re holding a cupcake.
